Welcome to the Foothill-De Anza Community College Wellness site!
The new wellness program is sponsored by the District, with the focus of increasing the overall health of FHDA employees--physically and mentally--while encouraging a healthy work-life balance. It is based out of the office of Human Resources and steered by members of the Wellness Committee.
Mission Statement
The Mission of the Wellness Committee is to act as an advisory committee for purposes of promoting and supporting organizational and individual wellness among members of the campus community through education, prevention, early detection, and access to comprehensive health resources. Make it a daily challenge to find ways to move your body. Climb stairs if given a choice between that and escalators or elevators. Walk your dog; chase your kids; toss balls with friends, mow the lawn.
