If you wish to continue enrollment in the Flexible Spending Account and/or Health Care/Dependent Care Programs, you are required to re-enroll online annually. To enroll in Supplemental Life insurance and/or make changes to level of existing coverage, you must elect coverage online via SECOVA and complete the Hartford application online right after you confirm your SECOVA election prior to the deadline of October 14, 2022.  Hartford reservses the right to underwrite the policy. Additionally, if you wish to participate in MetLife Voluntary Benefits (Critical Illness, Group Accident, and MetLaw Legal Plan) for the first time, you must enroll online.

Important Reminder: When adding new dependents online, you must also submit ALL required documentation such as Marriage Certificate, Birth Certificate (Passport is accepted), and Social Security cards, for all dependents.
