Leadership Development at FHDA
Leadership Lab
Leadership Lab is a districtwide professional development program designed to help current and emerging leaders strengthen leadership skills, expand career readiness, and apply learning through real-world practice.
Who Should Apply:
Employees who have completed Everything DiSC Workshop, have at least one year of District employment, are interested in leadership development,
and can commit to the program sessions and applied work.

those renewing for expired EEO certification. Advance registration is required.

This interactive training experience explores implicit bias, how it shapes workplace decisions, and strategies to reduce its impact in higher education.
