Professional development offerings seek to build employee capacity in working with our diverse community members for the inclusion of all. Leadership Development at FHDA

Leadership Lab

Leadership Lab is a districtwide professional development program designed to help current and emerging leaders strengthen leadership skills, expand career readiness, and apply learning through real-world practice.

Who Should Apply:
Employees who have completed Everything DiSC Workshop, have at least one year of District employment, are interested in leadership development, and can commit to the program sessions and applied work.

Training Opportunities

EEO Training for Hiring Committees:

All hiring committee members are required to complete the full EEO training, including those renewing for expired EEO certification. Advance registration is required.

Implicit Bias:

This interactive training experience explores implicit bias, how it shapes workplace decisions, and strategies to reduce its impact in higher education.

Learn how the District supports a safe and respectful campus environment. This session helps employees recognize and respond to sex discrimination and sexual harassment, understand reporting responsibilities, and learn about the resources and supportive measures available to students and employees.
