About Leadership Launchpad
Across the district, many leaders have committed to leadership development in their teams. Leadership Launchpad is a foundational program that incorporates this work.
This program introduces individuals to their Everything DiSC profile, enabling participants to gain insight into their communication preferences, strengths, and interactions with others.
The program also introduces participants to leadership competencies and expectations for community college leaders. Participants also reflect on how their DiSC workstyles influences their leadership approach, helping them connect self-awareness to effective leadership behaviors.
As of Spring 2026, the Leadership Launchpad program will consist of two workshops:
A) Everything DiSC: Your Workstyle and Effective Communication
B) Everyone is a Leader: Principles of Leadership
To sign up for an Everything DiSC Workshop, please complete this FORM and we will schedule you for a workshop.
The Everyone is a Leader workshop will be held in late summer and early fall.
