How To Get Vaccinated – or Boosted
COVID-19 vaccines are now available to anyone –and that includes college students!
The CDC recommends that everyone age 6 months and older should get the latest updated COVID-19 vaccine, if it's been at least two months since you received your last dose of any vaccine. You can find more details on the CDC vaccination website.
- Vaccinations are available at many pharmacies and health care offices.
- You can also visit the Santa Clara County Public Health Department website for information about clinic sites near you – where you can drop in without an appointment, or schedule a time that fits your schedule.
- Or search for vaccination locations in California on myturn.ca.gov or nationwide on vaccines.gov/search.
How To Get Tested
- Visit the Santa Clara County Public Health Department website for information about testing kits and clinics.
- You can also get free home-testing kits from the U.S. government, which is offering up to four kits per household this fall. (If you got free home kits last year, you can still order a new batch now.) Visit special.usps.com/testkits to request yours.
